A blend of diammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, magnesium sulfate, and Vitamin B Complex which assists in the stimulation of fermentation. Recommended dose is 1/2 tsp. per gallon of wine mixed and added in during pre-treatment of wine, or at time of yeast pitch. Yeast energizer also works well in meads and honey brews to help create a complete fermentation.
